The Sweet Spot Extreme Expert Advisor uses a EMA median price 15 periods that always take the data from the M15 timeframe and a CCI 12 periods close price that always take the data from a M30 timeframe.

To place the order, the EA looks for the slope of the EMAS to see if they go upwards or downwards and uses the CCI value that are configured in 200 and -200 by default, as a filter.

Pay attention to the Expert tab in the terminal window of the Metatrader, because this EA displays all the information of all it does go through that window.
